Fake some car troubles (removing a spark plug lead does wonders for making a car sound sick) and illness to force others to find their own way to the shops and school. Oh and try to eat before you get home, that'll make the bastards work for their food a bit ie: "We need to go to the shops for food for dinner man!" "I've already eaten, I'm just going to do my project that's due tomorrow." "But how are we going to get dinner?" "You're a grown man, I don't need to run your life for you, do I?" Something like that.. They'll get sick of ordering pizza's eventually...
